All guitars are subject to a 72 hour approval period. We must be contacted before a return is approved. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Guitars must be returned in the exact same condition including packing materials for a full refund or a 15% restocking fee will be applied. (No Exceptions). Amplifiers are non-refundable unless damaged upon arrival.
